I try to use the BreatheRight strips when I'm booked with others or even have thin walls but I've been told it reduces the problem rather than eliminating it. I found that noise isolation earbuds not only let me fall asleep to the music of my choice but helped eliminate other peoples' noise.

I know I tend to be a very deep sleeper and breathe heavily (I will not admit to snoring! Lol) and I bring along earplugs to give to my roommate as a courtesy.

Well, you can start with a good set of pillows. If that doesn't work worst come to the worst operation may be needed?
