Airport transfers

Postby g_traveller_22fb1be4 » Tue Nov 28, 2017 11:26 am

I'll be doing the Patagonia trip in February 2018 and this is the first time with G Adventures. Our itinerary includes the airport transfer in Buenos Aires and just curious about the transfer process in general. Does G Adventures just have the car/driver waiting for you at baggage claim or are you expected to call once you arrive at airport for pickup?

Thanks

The driver will wait for you.
Just make sure you give the correct information about your flight (number and expected time of arrival). If you have any delay you should contact them (for instance if you miss a connected flight or if it's delayed).

Don't worry and enjoy!

Cheers,

Julia

I've used the airport transfer on two of my trips. The driver will be waiting for you at arrivals with a G adventure sign. I usually take my time getting to the arrival exit. It allows the crowds to thin out and makes the driver easier to spot.
