Vietnam visa

Postby jasonjay82 » Thu Sep 08, 2016 3:29 pm

I'm doing Cambodia and Vietnam on a shoestring in December.
The visa requirements for uk nationals state that I don't need to get a visa in advance for Vietnam if staying for less than 15 days. I think we're in Vietnam for like 12 days max. Kind of answers my own question but... Anyone done this tour and had any experiences with this?

Hi there, yes that's true if you're a British citizen and are travelling upto 15 days then a visa is not required. Do always check with the FCO site as this is always updated with the latest status to confirm entry requirements: ... quirements

I'm going on the same or similar trip next month. Any words of advice on how to prepare/what to pack? Or not to miss trip extras/excursions?
