I've just booked this and am super excited. I'm going on my own a day early, not done anything like this before so diving in at the deep end!
I'm 24 from South London, UK.
We cover so much I can't even imagine the amazing things we'll see!

Hey Charlotte!

That's cool we're in the same boat then! Are you planning on doing the optional things like helicopter over the Grand Canyon? Limo in Vegas etc... I will do the chopper for sure, but don't want to do the limo on my own. I would feel silly, but I'm sure it would be funny if a few did it. Haha!

We are! haha. Yep definitely going to do a few of the extras, I think the limo would be so much fun and the helicopter would be amazing, I have a friend who said it was!

Are you flying from heathrow on the 3rd may?

Brilliant! It has to be done. Yeah 11:30 with Virgin Atlantic. Are you? So your going a day early too? I was worried that the flight would be delayed and everyone would leave without me haha

Totally! I fly at 10.25am with united airlines! So will be there when you arrive haha. I was worried I'd be jet lagged!

Are you staying at the hacienda on the 3rd too?

Well I didn't initially book it for the extra day but I have asked by email. Not yet had confirmation from them, I hope so though. We need an extra day in LA anyway because its probably amazing.

Also I've never actually gone camping before either haha so that'll be a laugh.

Hey! So, I think it's confirmed I'm at the hotel a night early. We can go explore, perhaps read the itinerary and work out what 'must do' or 'must see' LA things aren't being covered the following days.

I'm sure there will be plenty of bugs and bears for you to play with!
My friend told me he saw rattlesnakes at the Grand Canyon from the helicopter when they were flying low! Ha scary huh
Are you taking your own sleeping bag & pillow or purchase them there? Save some luggage space maybe.

You gonna be old enough for a drink out there come trip time? Bubbly in the limo has to be done! Haha

Hello! Awesome, me too. Yea that would be great, I have a full itinerary that STA gave me so I'll bring it with me and can email it across to you .

Oh god that does sounds scary haaa! That's a good point hadn't though about that, I was planning to buy in the UK and take mine with me. Might be worth buying them out there for the extra luggage space.

Unfortunately not, will still be 20 haha! Hoping it wont be an issue the whole trip, obviously will be out and about. Will feel like I've gone back two years!!

I am also going on this trip alone! I am from Devon too! And also lived in the London for the past 6 years and moved back to Devon a year ago!

I am very excited about the trip and was thinking the same about all the extras but am def thinking the heli ride! My mate said it was awesome.

Have any of you been on tours before?

Im also heading on this tour, cant wait. Im from Ireland, there are three of us going. we fly in Saturday night. First time on a trip like this. Looking forward to it would be an understatement really looking forward to meeting you's, I know it will be a brilliant trip
