Joining Hotel in Yangon

The most recent update to the Trip Details for the Burma Classic Adventure Tour lists a joining hotel change for the Oct. 20 departure. However the address for the new hotel seems wrong. Per the hotel web page it should be:
YUZANA GARDEN HOTEL

No.44, Alan Pya Pagoda Road,
Mingalar Taung Nyunt Tsp,
Yangon, Myanmar.
Tel: 95 1 248944, 249561
Fax: 95 1 249004
Email: YUZANAHOTEL@mptmail.net.mm
