ONLINE Photo Storage
Hey All,
This is greaaaaaaaaaaat for securing your pictures and other stuff you never want to loose if your computer crashes! Free too, which is the best part. You can upload your pictures while you travel and even if you loose your camera, its no problem because its all stored online, with full quality.

Re: ONLINE Photo Storage
hmmm - but what about if internet connections are rubbish or no wifi (as in most of the countries I travel too!!) and also my camera is a 12 megapixel space busting camera. Drop box free is only 2 gb which I would have filled up after about a week or 10 days, then its no longer free. And have you any idea how long zzzzzzzz it takes to load up 2 gb on a slow connection.
Simpler to take more sd cards, forget wasting time in an internet cafe and get out there and shoot photos instead! Store your used cards in your money belt - then yr good to go.
Just my humble opinion of course!

Re: ONLINE Photo Storage
I think nowadays the new technology in storing file is online. If you are storing your files in computer you would store in your hard disk and you have more up coming pics you want to store file in your hard disk but the space is not available and you need the older files so storing it online is good and safe.
