Missing the trip briefing

Hi, Im doing the Amazon to the Andes and Galapagos trip (which is two seperate trips merged into one) and the only flight that I was able to get connecting Lima to Quito gets in at midnight. This would have meant that I have missed the briefing for the second part of the trip, so was just wondering how I would be able to find out what time everyone was leaving the next day? It would be lovely to get an answer as this is main thing im worried about as I don't want to miss my flight to the Galapagos the next day. :s

I'm sure you'll get replies from the forum but it might be a good idea to email G directly as they should have the most up to date info.

Don't worry...the guides usually leave a meet up messsage near reception and some will leave a message in your room. So check out any noticeboard near the reception and/or ask at the hotel.

Also, do make sure you give your flight details to G Adventures and they will pass the info onto the guide...so the guide knows when to expect everyone from the group.
