"Into the Arctic" documentary shot on the MS Expedition

Postby mknock » Sun Jan 22, 2012 6:27 pm

Hi all, We travelled with gap Adventures on their Arctic Highlights trip in Sept 2010. It was a holiday of a lifetime. We departed from Longyearbyen and ended in Iceland. The ship - The M/S Expedition was incredible - very comfotable, capable and a great size.

Greenland blew us away - everything is bigger and so much more beautiful there. We've travelled to Antarctica and Norway before, but nothing compares to Greenland. If you fancy a sneaky peak at why you should go you might be interested to see our documentary "Into the Arctic" http://www.tarajiblue.com/2011/12/into- ... arajiblue/ It'll give you a good feel for the arctic environment, the freedom Gap adventures give you on board and the nature you'll have a chance to see. It is the most beautiful place I have ever been too!

Alternatively if you have already been, then I hope this brings back some great memories for you all.

I have also shared our photography from our arctic trip - it's freely available here http://photo.tarajiblue.com/p988616332

I only hope one day we can go back (soon!)..

Safe travels!
