Hi
I was wondering if we are met at EZE by the Gap Rep? I arrive for my trip a day early so will I be met there and transferred to the hotel? Or am I to get my myself to the hotel and see the Rep the next day? First time in BA so want to feel confident on arrival.
Please let me know so I can stop worrying and get on with gear shopping.

You all make your own way to the hotel as everyone will be arriving from all over the world at different times and days. Or you can organise for GAP to pick you up but you need to pre-arrange and pay for this before the trip - contact them if that's what you want to do, but generally its just as easy to get a taxi usually.
When you arrive at the hotel they will let you know the time of the first meeting and where, usually in one of the hotel board rooms or lounges. Or else there will be a big notice posted on the wall in reception with the information.
Its never a problem so dont worry.
