Requirements for entering/exiting Peru
Hi All,
I am travelling to Peru in 10 days from the UK. When I booked my flights (into Lima and out of Buenos Aires) I was advised that I'd need proof of onward travel or I might not be allowed to board my flight out of the UK. Does my flight out of Argentina not constitute onward travel? I can't find anything to substantiate the tour operators warning.
If anyone can help that would be great. I don't want to be left sitting in a UK airport!

That should be sufficient. As it shows you have intentions of leaving. How ever that is not a guarantee and is ultimately up to the airline. But I think you have taken reasonable measures to prove onwards travel.

Many thanks. That has put my mind at rest, a little. I have accommodation booked for 2 nights in NYC en route home so hopefully that will prove that I intend to leave too!
