HELP we leave for S.America on Sun 'End of the Earth' Tour

Just trying to make a list of what to pack for our trip and feel in need of some first hand experience and advice, the trip details seem a little lacking in info!

Would be really grateful of any advice with regards to packing, the weather, security, camping etc etc I've searched the forum but very few people seem to actually refer to the 'End of the Earth' tour despite our travel advisor telling us it's a HOT favourite
