Ferry from Puerto Montt to Puerto Natales

Hello,

I am doing the Essential Patagonia trip in November and part of the trip is spent on a ferry from Puerto Varas to Puerto Arenas. Has anyone been on this ferry cruise? If so, can you share your experience with me? Are the seas rough and should I bring motion sickness supplies? Any advice or suggestions?
