I fly out to Buenos Aires next month on the Bolivia Crossing trip and end up in Peru in August. Having had raw horse in southern Japan, I figure I will give cuy a go, although the picture that was posted on this thread looks unappertising.

I had a bite for the experience but found it not to be very tasty. Quite gross actually... :(
