I agree with ExplorerWannaBe on both counts. We hit Cody during the rodeo quite by accident but it was great! Yellowstone is a must when you are almost there. I would also try to fit in the Custer State Park, an absolutely beautiful less travelled park that left us with fantastic memories.

Seems you do listen to your punters G as I posted this one a few years ago now - and I have just been alerted by another post on here to trips through North America and partic Canada and after closer investigation, they look RIGHT up my alley! Well done and huge kudos to G!

Very excited and sure to be doing one in future, esp the camping and outdoors in the National parks of Canada. There were no such trips when I wrote this original post!
