Best of the west participants 2012

Fully aware of the fact that I'm suppose to post in the departure lounge I find it hard when I'm still trying to establish a departure date (hence, I can't select a month to post under yet).
Hopefully the admins can bend the rules a bit just this once : )

Hi, I'm Robin, a 32 year old interaction designer from Sweden thinking about going on a best of the west tour. I will be traveling alone and want to scout for the best date to depart by finding like minded fun people from other parts of the world. Never been to the states before but look forward to experiencing the nature in Yosemite as well as the craziness of Las Vegas and everything in between those 2 stops. As a dedicated "Frolfer" I will likely be bringing a few discs and try one or 2 disc golf courses along the way.

Hifi/music, home cinema/movie, IT/design nerd who likes to travel, cook, eat, drink, camp both in the forest and at various music festivals, skiing, joking, laughing, meeting new people.

So anyone else going on a Best of the West tour this year, and if so who are you?

Hi! Myself and a friend are going on this tour beginning September 15th 2012. We are both university graduates, and this tour is going to be our first stop before carrying on round the rest of world.

I studied fashion and my friend studied television & film so we are both very creative girls, and extremely amused by almost anything!

Hi, I'm Andrea aged 33 from the UK and I'm also booked on the 9th June tour, Best of the West. I am travelling with my friend Polly, its our first time in America and we are both really excited and can't wait to meet everyone. We are starting our trip on 27th May in San Francisco, then onto Hawaii for a week, arriving in LA on 6th June.

I'm thinking of signing up to this tour going at the end of August. I'll probably be traveling solo. I'm 27 and from Scotland. I'm most looking forward to Yosemite and Grand Canyon although I've never really done the whole camping thing so that's going to be new to me!

I'm also interested to hear from anyone who has been on this tour previously - did you feel you had enough time to see/do everything you wanted or did you leave feeling you'd need to go on a follow up trip?
