where to go??

Hi,
I'm torn in two directions on which trip to take? I'm looking at the 'costa rica, panama experience' and the 'volcano trail'. Have traveled with GAP before and loved it, just wondering if anyone has been on the trips, and can help me make up my mind!!

Nightlife/beach and a bit of culture and a bit of adventure sports. Just worried, is the costa rica panama to much travelling for 2 weeks?I(I read there were a couple of 8 hours drives) I've done a month in Asia and Africa with GAP so know the ins and outs, just wasn't sure if two weeks will be on a bus etc.
