Transport from Guatemala Airport to Antigua?

Hi,

I've booked the Volcano Trail.
Can anyone tell me how to get from Guatemala Airport to the Hotel in Antigua?
I don't want to use the gadventures-airport-pickup - I'm adventurous

Lots of cheap vans will be available; they will be gathering groups to Antigua...feel free to be adventurous. It will be much cheaper as well.

Note: speaking from experience. Didn't know situation, so I had arranged for direct private transport to hotel for about $50... but found that I could have easily done a safe group van for about $10. If you're not exactly sure where the hotel is, you can get dropped off near the central square and navigate from there.
