CCB - Cycling Cuba Tips?

Hi everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has any tips for me regarding the Cycling Cuba trip. I've never been on a cycling trip before so I'm not exactly sure what to expect (and a bit nervous as a result)! Any tips/feedback/reviews would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
