Costa Rica Adventure Luggage

Postby brookeshoe » Sat May 08, 2010 1:24 pm

Hi,

I'm going on a Costa Rica Adventure trip 2 weeks from today. I'm having trouble deciding what kind of luggage to bring. I'm thinking that a large backpack would be convenient to carry, but it would be harder to unpack/repack than a duffel. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Brooke

Honestly, I've never seen anyone on a trip with a duffle bag.

If you haven't purchased a pack yet, there are some travel packs that zip all the way around so they're easier to pack/unpack.

Hi Brooke, i did the CRA in March and i used a Mont Astro 65 backpack, which zips all the way around. There are many others like this with a split clam shell type design. I found it very usefull.

Btw, you're gonna have an awesome time there, i know I did! If your tour guide is Ashely, let her know Hui said hi...pura vida!
