Costa Rica in September

I was thinking of booking the Volvcano & Surf trip in September. Is the weather really that bad? Does it rain too much to enjoy the beach? Would I be better off booking in August or December. September would be the most ideal for me!

The weather is not too bad. I was there last year in September. It did rain sometimes but when it did then only in the morning or the afternoon. Its a great time to be there cause there are hardly any tourists =)
