I am going to costa rica to help with the turtles on the 18th july. Anyone out there doing the same project, would love to hear from you. Do you know if we need a visa? Some have told me yes and some say no. Pat

Hi fenwood. I'm moving your post to the Central America forum where it will get more exposure and you will be more likely to get answers to your questions.

Buen viaje!

Visa requirements depend on nationality, so where are you from?

Hi! I'm also going on the July 18 trip. I checked a US gov't website and found that the only document required for US citizens is a passport unless you are staying for an extended period of time. Look forward to meeting you, fenwood. deecee

Hello all,
My girlfriend and I are also going on the July 18th project costa rica trip. I was wondering if anyone had any idea what our quarters will be like during the volunteering portion of the trip? I have done some online research and I am assuming bunk rooms of some sort. Can't wait to meet you all and get our hands dirty together!
