Hi,

I'm also booked to go on this trip! :) I'm really looking forward to it but also slightly nervous as this is the first time travelling by myself! Have any of you been to Thailand before?

Thanks
Leanne (UK)

I'm also travelling with my boyfriend Daniel. This is our first time travelling. We have never been to Thailand but have only heard good things about it. We fly out from Glasgow on 13th November, staying in Bangkok for 5 nights before the trip starts then at the end heading down South to the islands on a Bamba hop on hop off tour that ends in Singapore.

Hi Jade/Leanne,

We've been to Bangkok once before but only for a single day before we did the Gap Cambodia/Laos trip. I'm pretty sure we stayed in the same hotel as we are in this time - opposite the Central

I don't know if it was the same for you but we got a call yesterday from Trailfinders to say there will be no overnight train because of monsoon flooding and we will be getting an internal flight instead.

Not long now!

Hi!

Hmm I haven't got a call from them yet telling me this. Maybe later today or tomorrow I might get the same call. Jade, have you had a call?

Just over 2 weeks now, it's come round quickly! I wonder what the hilltribe trek will be like!
