Hi Folks!
Given the heat wave in Australia now, there have been some talk about increased snake activity. Anyone been in the Sydney/Cairns region lately? Did you have any trouble? Anyone know if the guides for these tours carry snake kits? Some of the stops on the itinerary look pretty rural....

Hi
Most snakes stay in the bush. A few wander into backyards, but I think more people will be hospitalised due to the heat this summer rather than snake bites. Most people tend to get bitten because they try to kill, capture or annoy snakes.
