I'll unfortunately be missing the welcome meeting as I wont be there in time but looking forward to meeting you on Sun.

Oh, too bad!
I even tried to arrive one day earlier, but unfortunately there were no (affordable) flights from Germany. So I arrive sat. afternoon, flying in from Düsseldorf. I am glad I don't have to fly as long as you. Do you already know somebody else who is travelling with us?

I am soo courios meeting everybody!
