DAFD: Cape Town to Victoria Falls Adventure 20th March 2013

Ill be doing the above tour starting 20th March in Cape Town. Is there anyone else out there going on the same trip? I'm really excited but getting a bit nervous now as i'm a female travelling solo.

This is our 7th Gap trip. We are Jason and Janet Williamson. We are from Canada ... Still snowing here ... 10 inches yesterday so we can't wait for this trip.

Oh nice to hear from you. I usually travel with friends independentally rather than with a tour company but as I am travelling alone this time, it gives me peace of mind.
Do you know when we are supposed to meet the CEO for the tour brief? I read somewhere that it is around 6pm?
I am not staying at the joining hotel so not sure when to make my way there by?

guess, the meeting will be around 6. Also travelling alone. Anyone an idea how it works with cabs from the airport to the hotel?

Hi Silvia,
where are you travelling from? I'm flying to Cape Town 3 days before the tour starts and am staying in a different hotel but think I will make my way to the joining hotel in the afternoon. I am going to pre-book a taxi transfer from the airport, there are some for around £5 on Viator.
Have you travelled with G Adventures before?
