I'm booked on the above tour and was wandering who else is going on it? I am in BA the day before the tour starts and I'm staying on in Rio a few days at the end. It would be great to get in contact with any fellow travellers.

I'm basically doing the same as you. I arrive in on 16th in BA then staying on for 3 days in Rio. I'm flying in from the UK but I actually go to Rio first stay over night then on the first flight to BA on 16th in the morning.

Are you staying at the your hotel on the 16th too?

I'm actually arriving on the morning of the 17th straight to BA. I'm staying on in Rio in the same hotel as the tour. Where are you going to stay in Rio when the tour finishes? I need to go and do my shopping next week - have you got everything you need? Looking forward to it and seeing you guys soon!

In Rio I am staying at the Best Western Plus right on Ipanema beach after the tour. I figured it was a better location for me.

I still need to pick up a few things but I think I've pretty much got everything - if not, tough.

Really looking forward to it & meeting everyone too.

How exciting only a few days left Lyndsey I actually get into BA early on the 16th not the 15th about 8.50am ... What time is your flight? Maybe were in the same one?

I arrive in BA at about 10:15/10:30am as I am actually flying into Rio on the evening of 15th then taking a flight at 8am from Rio to BA on the 16th morning.

Are you staying at the Tour Hotel for the 16th too? I am staying there as I figured it was easier than moving hotel twice in two days.

Can't believe I fly out Tuesday! See you all very soon.

I know as if its tomorrow ... Yes I thought exactly the same and staying in the same hotel as the tour.

My plans are to have a little kip depending on jet lag then head out in the afternoon to a place called La Boda I've been recommended to visit by a friend.

I don't know how to private message on here but I will leave my room number for you if you want to meet up during the day?

Sounds good. I should be at the hotel by late morning/ lunchtime. I was keen to have a wander too as my parents recommended quite a few places.
