Newbie x2! First time Costa Rica, first time G Adventures. I am a solo traveller so if you are on this trip too please let me know!

Packing question: I have the packing list but *how* do I pack, duffel bag? Wheeled carryon? Large backpack? If you have been on this trip and have packing tips, please post. Thanks!
