CRE121223: Costa Rica Explorer-Dec 23, 2012

Four of us from Kingston, Ontario will be joining you in Costa Rica: me, Lynn, who is trying not to think about the fer-de-lance snakes; my brother Andrew, a creative traveller who seeks out hot, humid climates; and my two sons Greg, 22, and Derek,19, who will revel with abandon in CR's bio-diversity and adrenaline adventuring. Anyone been to CR before?

Hi Lynn, I'm also going on this trip. I'm Renske from The Netherlands and an experienced traveller, but have never been to Costa Rica before. Looking forward to a great trip!

Great to hear from you Renske. This will be our first trip to Costa Rica too, and we're excited to be escaping the Canadian winter for two glorious weeks!

Hi esaulynn (Kingston Ontario) and travelin ( Renske). We are joining you on this trip. A mom ( Val) and daughter tour ( Ali and also 19) coming out of the cold in Edmonton, Alberta. We are really looking forward to it! I will share Lynn's interest in not being too close to any snakes.

PS - I dont have a back pack but an old battered travelling suitcase on wheels - do you think I need a back pack?

Hi everyone,
We too will be joining the Explorer tour departing on December 23 and are looking forward to meeting all of you. We're a family of four: John, Gisèle, Sophie (17) and Léa (14). Winnipeg, Canada has been brutally cold so far this year and we are really looking forward to leaving the parkas behind and escaping. It's our first trip to Central America and are excited to try an active vacation. Has anyone else signed up for the Adrenaline theme pack? See you soon! Gisèle

Hi Everyone, this is Lynn's brother Andrew. What a good idea it is to meet here at the departure lounge. Our foursome has signed up for the Adrenaline Theme Pack as well so we're looking forward to getting wet, muddy and bruised! This is my first trip with G Adventures so I have no words of wisdom about your old battered suitcase, Val. Our arrival time, if all goes well, 8:30pm. Stay warm and see you all in a couple of days.
