What happens if no one signs up for one of your trips or just 2 or 3..
I have booked the Hummingbird Highway (belize and Guatemala) for next Feb and do not see too many comments re: this trip or any questions about it from others. If anyone has done this trip please comment if it was fun, good, terrible, tips..
thanks

hi anne,

We guarentee our trips when either one of 2 things happens. 60 days before a trip is to depart we look at the amount of people on a trip and decide whether there are enough people to run that trip. If we run the trip (which is usually the case) you are notified to finish arrangements like fligts and such. If the trip is cancelled we will offer you alternate trip dates or similar tours with dates that work for you.

If the tour is sufficiently sold long before the "60 days before departure" point then we will let you know as much in advance as possible to tell you to book your flights and finish any other arrangements for your travel.

I have been around south america though not Central America...Belize is first on my list and you are on one of my top 10 tours I want to do!

Hope this helps and happy travels,

Monty

A lot of people don't book their trips until a few months before so I wouldn't worry about it too much at this point. As mentioned above, don't book airfare until the tour is guaranteed to depart.

Thanks Balu,
My way of looking at things are: if it is meant to be it will happen. If not, there is a reason. I;m sure it will go. I just haven't seen alot of comments on the Hummingbird highway either way if it was good or bad......I'd love to see some comments about this particular trip.
What has your GAP experience been like...good things, bad things??
Love to hear from you
