Hi Tanya,

I am doing the "Roam Bangkok to Bali" trip - that's how the trip is called in 2012 - in November and we have to book the flight on our own. I have no idea how it'll be in 2013 and, like Ballu wrote, I would give G Adventures a call, but I could imagine that it's the same in 2013.
