Dengue fever in costa rica?

they didn't have any outbreaks when i was there...but Honduras had one and the town had signs warning it was in the area as you drove in. there is no vaccine for dengue so avoiding getting bitten if you know you are in an infected area is the only thing to do...your guides should be aware of areas where you may be at risk and let you know.
