AHBB Accommodation

Hello. I am planning on doing the Beaches & Backwaters trip in Kerala, India in November. I was wondering if you could advise which hotel you normally use for Periyar Tiger Reserve and also Varkala? I understand that these can change, but I would love to see what they are like.
