What if i miss my tour?

Hi,

I only have an hour and 10 mintues between my direct and connecting flights, if I miss my connecting flight due to delays, there is not a flight into Bangkok until the next day. Can I join the tour a day late?

That possibility is why I always try to arrive a day early. However, since you appear to have already made your flight reservations, most GAP tours will allow you to "catch up" to the tour but it's your responsibility to do so. Depending on the tour, that can be difficult and expensive (e.g., I'm not sure how someone would have caught up to our Africa overland tour after we left Nairobi since we tended to get into a campsite in the late afternoon and leave early the next morning but it's possible they could have flown into Arusha or Zanzibar) but I imagine it shouldn't be too hard for a tour in Thailand.

Bear in mind, most tours are listed as starting the night before the tour actually departs so it could be the only thing you miss is the joining meeting.
