Jetlag
Hi everyone, I have a question about jetlag... I am from Australia and leaving the 18th December for LA, then arriving in Mexico City at 3pm local time 18th December for the trip meeting that night... It will be a full on day/night...
I have only ever travelled to Asia and as an Australian haven't suffered any jetlag as I've only been to places 1 - 3 hours behind Australian time.
What is jetlag like? Can you avoid it? I've heard how you feel a bit sick and tired at the wrong times... What are ways to combat it? I was hoping to arrive and then just make myself adapt to the time.... is that the best way? What are other tips/hints?
Thanks!
