Has anyone taken a "Project" trip"

Has anyone taken one of the "Project" volunteer trip? Project China (http://www.gapadventures.com/trips/proj ... _id=745654) as well as some of the other volunteer trips, looks really good, but I wonder how much you can really do in 4 or 5 days of volunteering. For anyone who has taken of these trips, did you feel that it worth it? What kind of things were you able to help out with?
