Postby nicoley » Thu Apr 18, 2013 1:39 am

Hello. I have a booking for july. Had a few questions. attempted to ring twice and emailed four times. Dont mean to be a pain but I only seem to get an answer to one question every time.

Do all travellers need a medical form? How can I confirm transfers? :D

All travellers going on a G adventure require travel insurance and you need to take the insurance certificate with you which states your policy details such as follows:
Policy number
Policy type
Duration
Annual
Options included
Start date
Destination
24 hour helpline

A medical form is usually required for trips to Antarctica and to the Arctic on the expedition cruises.

To book transfers you will need to contact G on experience@gadventures.com or the agent you booked with. If you have this booked then you'll just need to turn up and a representative will be at the airport.

You will also receive an email about your trip and all documents around 2-3 weeks before your trip starts...so look out for this one.
