Tipping guideline please...
I have seen recommended amounts on previous tours, but not the Greek isle sailing tours, any suggestions?

The guidelines are the same for almost all trips. Guides are normally $1-2 a day, where as your CEO is a little more as they are away from their families for weeks at a time helping you navigate. But in the end the tip is always up to the individual and not forced by G Adventures.

When i did classic Vietnam our CEO bent over backwards to accomodate us and did a great job so it was reflected in the tip he got. I believe he got $300 from a group of 12 for a 11 day trip. Any guides told us not to pay them but to donate to them based on how well they did. All guides did quite well with the exception of one. They usually got 20 bucks from the group for an hour or so tour.

Tipping should reflect your level of satisfaction. You are not obliged to tip for unpleasant, disinterested, or inferior service.
