Re: Teaching English overseas?
I've been teaching English in Ecuador for two years. It has been a terrific experience for me, but it's not for everyone. There are a lot of good TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) discussion forums where you could get feedback from a lot of people teaching English around the world.
I recommend that you explore getting a TEFL certificate, which is required by most schools. There are many good programs out there. I did a 30-day intensive program in Mexico that was very good.
