realm of the polar bear

Famous for its enormous icebergs, towering glaciers and shimmering summer light, Antarctica offers some of the planet's most awe inspiring landscapes. The North Atlantic and Arctic evoke images of sparse snow covered lands, but when summer comes it bursts with colour and life.

realm of the polar bear

Hi there,

I really want to do this trip but have recently suffered from some motion sickness and dizziness.
I know its a fairly small ship - does it rock a lot?

Thanks

It depends on how the seas are. I did this trip and we had only one day where we rocked ALOT. It was like a roller coaster all night long and the next morning about half of the passengers didn't go to breakfast because they felt sick. I would definitely suggest you take some motion sickness medicine. There is also a doctor on board that can help you if you get sick.
