I have two comments. Can I find the trip(s) I have booked on the web site. When i click on my account, I do not see the ANEA trip listed and this is where I would expect to find it.
The second is a criticism. I sent several emails to the "Contact us" mailbox prior to booking the ANEA trip. None were ever answered. Had it not been for the great reviews Gap received from a friend, I would never have booked with a company that provides that type of customer service.

I've alerted Customer Sevice to your issues so hopefully they'll respond when office opens.

I am also having trouble checking my trip details. I am advised to check trip details couple of weeks prior to leaving - so far, no luck in finding it??

The trip details are found below the short description of the trips. Scroll down the trip page and it should be a green icon in the centre column you can click that expands the trip information.

Small comment,
In the Netherlands some parts of the website are translated to Dutch.
There is one strange mistake in the translation, the country "Turkey" is translated to: "Kalkoen"...
Well, Kalkoen is dutch for Turkey, unfortunately it's the bird and not the country.
The dutch word for the country Turkey = Turkije
