Hi. I've just booked roam bangkok to bali and it's guranteed to go, but i haven't been given the link to pay the full amount. All I have on the client area, is an invoice and medical form, not sure what is going on.

Hey Roy,
You should receive an email with details on your final payment.
Even if guaranteed, the final payment is not normally taken until 60 days prior to your trip date, and is usually just taken off the same credit card as your deposit.
