Login, Bloggin' and Other Website (Mis)Adventures

Evening everyone,

I'm new around here and I intend to post a little info about myself in the relevant forum in the near future. However, I'm getting really confused with the website functionality. Let me explain (as best I can).

I'm logged in, my login name is displayed in the top right hand corner, but whenever I try to access the 'Community' pages it takes me back to the Sign Up or Login page and won't let me get any further. By clicking on my login name at the top, it takes me to my profile page where I can add a photo, share pictures or video and access this Watering Hole forum. But, when I click on the 'Connect' button to meet & connect with other Gap Adventures travellers it just takes me back to the sign up page again and asks me to login!!!

Simple questions: How do I access the community pages and where, & how, can I use the blog function and create my own page?

Hey Colin!
Thanks for your message. Our Community has been hibernating somewhat recently, as we've been working on some login changes. The techy guys are working on various servers, and making sure they all co-operate with eachother....
I'll remind them to get their act together and make sure you can play around in the community as much as you desire in the very near future....

Thanks for the prompt reply. I guessed the geeks, ooops sorry, the very clever technical people, were doing some work. I'm just pleased to know it wasn't me being stupid.
