"Essential India" or "India on a Shoestring"

Ancient temples swallowed by the jungle, rice paddies, local markets, stunning beaches, fiery cuisine, smoking incense at the feet of a golden Buddha, and the friendliest locals around.

"Essential India" or "India on a Shoestring"

Postby elearq84 » Wed Jul 03, 2013 12:32 pm

I would like to go to India at the end of August or September. This will be my first trip to India, and I can't decide between "Essential India" and "India on a Shoestring". Which one would you recommend me as the first trip to this country? Could you give me some tips? Thank you very much!

Hello,

Since this will be your first trip to India, I would recommend the "Essential India" trip. It is a nice introduction to the country, and I think you would find it quite enjoyable. The hotels are a little bit better, and I think it is in general a less stressful first-time trip. Hope you enjoy!
