China or Vietnam

Ancient temples swallowed by the jungle, rice paddies, local markets, stunning beaches, fiery cuisine, smoking incense at the feet of a golden Buddha, and the friendliest locals around.

Haven't been to Vietnam myself yet, but I would guess china is less culturally similar to those places that u have been to. Also china is so big that u will be able to see more. So, I would say china.

I have been to Vietnam three times and I love it. Go for it and meet the most lovely people in Asia.

I loved my time in Vietnam. The people, the food and the culture were all amazing.

I'd go with China, it's such a unique position in it's adoption of the global economy mixed with a communist past, amazing things to see

I can't comment on China, never having been, but I second this.
