AVEV essential vietnam and cambodia

I'm going on this trip in July.:) It's going to be monsoon season, but hopefully it's going to be manageable. As optional activities, I think I'll try the cave repelling.

I'm going to arrive hanoi a couple days early. I'm looking for places to see and eat now. Share some ideas if u find anything.

I did this trip last May - it was hot, but I loved it! Do all the activities - cave repelling in Hoi An, flight of the gibbon in Bankok, ATV rides in Cambodia, this was a great trip -
Have a great time!

Hey,

I'm also doing this tour starting 8th August.

I've done a few G Adventure tours but I've never been to Asia so it should be a great experience.

When do you go?

Becky.

hi beckyboo1986 :D

I am booked for the august 6th tour so I will be gone when you start your trip. This is my 4th g adventure trip having been to India, Nepal . SouthAfrica, Canada and now Vietnam . I have been to Thailand before and I loved it . Its my 1st time to Vietnam and Cambodia also. So you will be in safe hands and it will be a fab trip. will be awaiting trip details from avonord .

I also have a question for any one who has done this trip . Arriving at the Asian ruby hotel in Hanoi as the starting hotel what do people recommend to go and see or to do there? I arrive day before tour starts . any recommendations greatly appreciated.

thanks guys :)

I will be in Seoul when u start your trip. :) If u haven't already, take a look at the map links in my earlier post. I'm using it to plan my pre and post trip days. There are some restaurants on there that I found online and wanna try.

Hi,

I'm going on this tour too (July 9th).

Does anyone know if there will be some where to store our bags on arrival so that we can go explore without having to carry them?

Thanks

Hmmmm. I would think so. I have never come across a hotel that wouldn't hold my luggage if my room isn't ready. Just make sure u lock it and bring the expensive stuff with u.

Me and my partner are doing this trip starting 30th July, then on a 3 days break and going to Chiang Mei to see the elephants, then picking a second tour up of 8 days southern Thai delights, so a grand total of 32 days, can't wait, so excited.

Not sure how to find out who is going in our party and looking on how to find this information out
