How do you make your luggage unique?

Hey, that's great. I really need to find myself one of those. I used to collect pins from all the places I visited that I had stuck to the top of my pack (mostly for sentimental reasons rather than identification). Really wasn't the smartest move. They all broke off before or after somehow pricking me.
