Writings/Pictures from Cusco
G'day,
I just got back from Cusco & have gotten around to writing and cleaning up a few pictures from my trip. Below is a link to my blog and something i threw together about working with at a school for street children. Hope you enjoy, or at least dont hate it =)

Hey questlove! Thanks for posting all your links and photos - good stuff. I just skimmed your blog, but plan to go back and read it in full later. I went to Cusco, Machu Picchu, and the Amazon in 2006 and loved every second of it... Fun to read your stuff and relive it a little. Good times.
If you want to see what I thought of the whole experience, you can check out my travel blog from the trip at http://www.travelpod.com/travel-blog/thetravelingbee/peru-trails/tpod.html

Enjoyed your latest entries! The one about Dead Woman's Pass definitely brought back memories...
From the pictures, looks like you got it on a clear, sunny day. Now take your memory and add rain and you'll get an idea of what it was like the day I did it.
There was also a high moment (no pun intended) for me on Dead Woman's Pass - I turned to a friend I had made who I was climbing with (from Scotland) and said to her, "You know, as difficult as this is, and even with as wet and cold as I am, there's still absolutely nowhere else I'd rather be right now."
It's a wonderful thing when you can say that and mean it.
