Bhutan Photography Workshop

Postby PaulTeolis » Mon Feb 06, 2012 8:29 pm

Those of you who have never experienced travelling in the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan are in for a treat.

http://go.gadventures.com/BhutanPhotogr ... ndFolklore

I was fortunate to visit the country twice in 2009 to photograph and was simply in awe over this country and its people.

I am happy to announce a photographic trip back to Bhutan with educator and photographer Louis Au for 13 days of festivals and folklore as we will be attending the National Thimphu Tshechu and several local religious festivals. Colour and music will provide an incredible backdrop for photography.

This will be a great hands-on learning opportunity for both the creative & technical aspects of photography. Evening in-class critiques will help participants build on each day's experience and the post-production sessions will demystify the complex capture workflow.

G Adventure's will do what they do best, handle all our logistics and bookings, leaving Louis and myself to do what we do best, teaching photography.

I have been traveling with G Adventures since 1993 and have been a proud supporter of the company and their foundation Planeterra. If you want to see who is behind the lens, you can also find me on their travel changing lives section. http://www.gadventures.com/travel-stori ... s/20-Paul/

Feel free to contact me through the Wateringhole or the link at the top of this post.

cheers

wish I could sign up for this. Sounds wonderful!
If it does not bring you joy, why are you doing it?
