compressed-gas duster - airplane...
Hello!
I'm going to Africa next month on a safari and I read a lot regarding the cameras and different tips. I read one of them was to have a compressed-gas duster in order to clean regularly our camera. I am not sure the are selling those in Africa so I would like to bring it with me but I am wondering if I can bring the small ones on the plane... Has anyone brought that with them on a plane ?

Re: compressed-gas duster - airplane...
my first thought would be to call the airline in question.
A quick online search reveals compressed air used in paintball guns, which is very similar, are NOT allowed.
I would suggest buying a rocket blower, they are an excellent substitution.
Having been on a safari before, keep your camera away from blowing dust
by covering it or placing it away when not in use. You should be fine this
way.

Cool! I will buy a rocket blower, didn't know about that. Thank you very much for this info.
