Medical Form

Hey everyone.

Just a quick question regarding the medical form. In section D there is a question that says "Name of Vessel". Can someone please enlighten me as to what this is referring to, I havent got a clue :mrgreen:

I believe that is if you are taking any of the G Adventures trips that are boat based.

I have forwarded your question to Customer Service to give a guaranteed answer, and so we can update the forms so that future travelers will know what we are looking for.

Thanks for the question here. Yes, this only applies to tours that are on our Expedition vessel, the MS Expedition. If you are not on the MS Expedition, please disregard.
